Carpinteria remodel

This project consisted of a 250 sf entry/master bath/master closet addition to a 1,650 sf 1960's tract house in Carpinteria, California, as well as remodeling the entire interior of the house. Prior to my clients’ purchasing the house, it had had major water and mold damage and the interior was stripped to the bare studs and slab when we started. We vaulted the existing flat ceilings, rearranged the master bedroom, fiddled with most of the exterior doors, created a entry hallway and added window seats in the children's’ bedrooms. I’ll post some “before” pictures when I get them, so that you can see the magnitude of the changes that we made.
