ojai addition one

This project consisted of an 800 sf second floor addition and with large decks to an existing 800 sf 1950’s concrete block home. (There is another similar house in front of this house which was to remain untouched.) Of all my projects, this one most closely reflects my personal taste and style. We removed everything above the top of the existing first floor concrete block walls. Proposed construction was to have exposed timber framing and the existing concrete block was to be sandblasted to reveal its natural color. Unfortunately, the project was canceled due to the client’s personal reasons.
