This project consisted of a 750 sf addition and a 750 sf garage conversion to an existing 2,300 sf 1960’s ranch home. We also created more of an “open plan” family / dining / living room area by selectively removing portions of interior walls, replaced the existing galley kitchen with a new large kitchen, added a new dramatic entry, vaulted many of the flat ceilings, updated the exterior of the house by removing the dutch gables and streamlining the roof profile, and built a new detached garage / storage building.
