Po'ipu Residence two

This project consisted of a 3,300 sf plantation style house, plus a detached artist studio over a garage. The bedroom wing and the Den are accessed via exterior covered lanais with no interior connection to the rest of the house. The roof structure is constructed with trusses and features vaulted ceilings in most of the rooms. The front of the house is elevated above grade, while the rear lanai is at the same elevation as the backyard. The clients are an artist and a real estate broker and their two children. This is their primary residence. It is located on a 1.5-acre horse property. (I’ll post more photos when I am able to get them.)
