Po'ipu Residence one

This project consisted of a 3,400 sf plantation style house, plus a detached guesthouse and garage. The master bedroom wing is accessed via an exterior covered lanai with no interior connection to the rest of the house. The Keoki Room is an exterior space facing the ocean in the distance, sheltered from the trade winds. The rear of the house features wrap around lanais with ocean views, most of which are large enough to accommodate furniture. The clients are real estate brokers and this is their primary residence. It is located on a 4-acre horse property. (I’ll post more photos when I am able to get them.).
